Mr. Li Chang ( 張 立 ): Post-doc in geophysics at the University of Houston, is specializing in seismic reflection exploration, nature earthquake studies and source (mini-vibroseis) response. He received a master’s degree in geophysics from the National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan (2004), his dissertation entitled: “Shallow Subsurface Structure of the Tainan Tableland and the Houchiali Fault, Southern Taiwan.” After served in the Military Police Command (2006), he joined the Seismological Center of Central Weather Bureau as a research assistant in Taiwan. His job is to provide broadband earthquake, GPS and ground water data, maintain Geophysical Database Management System (GDMS) website and earthquake relocation. He came to the U.S for advanced graduate studies in 2009. Mr. Chang is a student member of SEG, AAPG, GSH and CAPA.
