Dear CAPA members:

It is that time of the year again! Please come out and join your
fellow members at the 2009 CAPA Annual Spring Picnic! This year's
event will be from 11:00 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at
Pavilion #8, Bear Creek Pioneers Park. ( Check it out at

Please feel free to extend our invitation to your friends. We will
fire up the grills for chicken, pork, hot dogs and sausages. We will
pile it up more with pasta, salad, fruits, bread, and soft drinks. As
usual, you will get to play games, volleyball matches. Or simply bring
your own stuff that makes it a fun day in the park, be it baseball,
Frisbee, volleyball, or soccer.

To help us organize the event, we kindly ask you to registter online by Friday, April 10, 2009 with the numbers of adults and kids to be expected. This information is a great help to
the volunteers who are working hard to make the party happen. So, many
thanks in advance.

While at it, I would like to remind you gently that payment of the
2009 annual membership dues can be easily made online via Membership
Features on our website (www.capaus.org) just in case it has not been
done.
