Dear CAPA Members,
I am pleased to inform you that CAPA will be hosting the 2007 Global Chinese Petroleum and Petrochemical Technical Symposium on Nov. 16 – 18 in Houston . This Symposium will provide a direct platform for Chinese professionals and executives alike, in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, to exchange their ideas, share their experiences and strengthen their collaborations. We invite all of our CAPA members to actively participate in and contribute to this event. The details regarding registration of this event will be announced later. P lease watch your email or check our website periodically for announcements of the Symposium ( www.capaus.org ).
This announcement also serves as a call for technical paper submission. Please see the attachment for technical topics. Paper title, an abstract and a brief biography should be sent to Dr. JC Wan by September 15 for consideration. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Dr. JC Wan or the session chairs. Due to the limited number of technical papers that can be accommodated in the symposium, submittals for integrated studies, frontier technology overview, innovative concepts and important case studies will be given high priorities.
Sincerely yours Dr. Ben Wang, 2007 CAPA President and Symposium Chairman
