April 3, 2008, Beijing China – CAPA showed strong support for the grand opening of SEG China office in Beijing.  Dr. Alfred Liaw and Dr. Jeff Pan, who are long time SEG members and also former President of CAPA, put tremendous effort in the preparation of this significant event for SEG. Dr. JC Wan, the 2008 CAPA President, attended this event on behalf on CAPA and presented a congratulation plaque to Mr. Franco Yu, the Chief Representative of SEG China at the meeting.
